These Terms of Use govern access to and use of vobfinder.com and the VOB Finder directory. By using the site, submitting information, claiming a listing, or purchasing a listing-related service, you agree to these Terms.

About VOB Finder

VOB Finder is a directory designed to help people discover Veteran-owned businesses. VOB Finder is operated by Starin Solutions LLC. VOB Finder is not a party to transactions between users and listed businesses.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful information.
• Impersonate a business owner, Veteran, government agency, certification body, person, or organization.
• Scrape, copy, harvest, interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the site or its data.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, administrative areas, databases, or systems.
• Use VOB Finder to facilitate discrimination, fraud, illegal activity, or deceptive solicitation.

Listings and Submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of information you submit. You represent that you have authority to submit the listing and permission to provide any logos, photographs, descriptions, trademarks, or other materials included with it.

By submitting content, you grant VOB Finder a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and promote that content for operation and marketing of the directory. You retain ownership of your content.

Veteran-Owned Status and Verification

A listing’s appearance, badge, review status, or other designation does not necessarily mean that a government agency has certified the business. VOB Finder may rely on self-attestation, submitted documentation, public records, third-party certifications, direct communication, or other reasonable methods. Verification is not a guarantee against error, fraud, ownership changes, or later ineligibility.

Editorial Control

VOB Finder may edit formatting, correct obvious errors, request additional information, reject a submission, delay publication, add notices, suspend a listing, or remove content that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unsafe, unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with our standards. Publication is not guaranteed.

No Endorsement or Guarantee

A listing does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, certification, recommendation, or guarantee by VOB Finder. Users are responsible for evaluating businesses before purchasing products or services. VOB Finder does not guarantee leads, traffic, revenue, search ranking, customer contacts, or business results.

Payments

Amounts, listing periods, promotional terms, renewal terms, and payment instructions will be disclosed during the applicable listing process or communication. Payments must be made only through methods expressly authorized by VOB Finder. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for refund terms.

Intellectual Property

The VOB Finder name, site design, original text, software, database arrangement, graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Starin Solutions LLC. Third-party business names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and directory are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOB Finder disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starin Solutions LLC and its owners, personnel, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or disputes arising between users and listed businesses.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms or discontinue, modify, restrict, or suspend all or part of the site. Continued use after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
