Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to listing-related payments made directly to VOB Finder unless a written offer states different terms.

Before Payment

Submission of a listing does not guarantee approval. When practical, VOB Finder will review the listing before requesting payment. Do not send payment until VOB Finder provides an approved amount and authorized payment instructions.

Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate payment: The duplicate amount will be refunded after confirmation.
• Service unavailable: If VOB Finder determines it cannot provide the purchased listing service, a full or prorated refund may be issued.
• Technical or processing error: An appropriate correction, credit, extension, or refund may be provided.
• Cancellation before publication: VOB Finder may issue a refund less any clearly disclosed nonrefundable processing or setup amount.

Generally Nonrefundable Situations

• The listing has been reviewed, prepared, published, or substantially delivered.
• The business changes its mind after publication.
• The listing produces fewer views, leads, contacts, or sales than expected.
• The business is suspended or removed for inaccurate information, loss of eligibility, noncompliance, fraud, unlawful conduct, or policy violations.
• The business fails to provide information needed to complete or maintain the listing.

Renewals and Cancellations

Any renewal period, recurring payment, or automatic-renewal arrangement must be disclosed before enrollment. Unless VOB Finder introduces and clearly discloses automatic renewal, a listing will not automatically renew solely because a prior payment was made.

How to Request a Refund

Include the business name, payer name, payment date, amount, payment method, confirmation information, and reason for the request. Do not send full bank-account, card, Social Security, or military-identification numbers.

Processing

Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned through the original or another mutually agreed method. Timing may depend on the payment provider. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
