No government certification is required simply to submit a business. The business must be genuinely Veteran-owned. Any VOB Finder verification represents our own review process and is not a substitute for SBA VetCert, VOSB, SDVOSB, state certification, or another government designation.
No. You submit first, VOB Finder reviews and prepares the listing, and you receive a private link to review it. Payment is requested only after both you and VOB Finder approve the completed listing.
Yes. You may request corrections to your phone number, website, category, description, location, services, branding, or other listing details before approval.
No. A listing creates an opportunity to be discovered. VOB Finder cannot guarantee calls, leads, sales, contracts, traffic, revenue, or customer conversion.
A formal claim process is planned. In the meantime, a legitimate business owner may contact VOB Finder to identify the listing, provide updated information, request corrections, and confirm ownership.
Business owners may request updates. Visitors may also report listing issues such as disconnected phone numbers, closed businesses, broken websites, incorrect addresses, wrong categories, duplicate listings, or ownership concerns.
Yes. A business may begin with a Basic Listing and later upgrade to Full or Featured Full. Information submitted earlier may be retained internally to make that process easier.
No. Featured Full listings receive priority among relevant matching results. A Featured bakery will not appear in a plumbing search simply because it has a higher listing level.
