No government certification is required simply to submit a business. The business must be genuinely Veteran-owned. Any VOB Finder verification represents our own review process and is not a substitute for SBA VetCert, VOSB, SDVOSB, state certification, or another government designation.

Yes. You may request corrections or updates to your phone number, website, category, description, location, services, branding, or other listing details at any time.
No. A listing creates an opportunity to be discovered. VOB Finder cannot guarantee calls, leads, sales, contracts, traffic, revenue, or customer conversion.
A formal claim process is planned. In the meantime, a legitimate business owner may contact VOB Finder to identify the listing, provide updated information, request corrections, and confirm ownership.
Business owners may request updates. Visitors may also report listing issues such as disconnected phone numbers, closed businesses, broken websites, incorrect addresses, wrong categories, duplicate listings, or ownership concerns.
Yes. VOB Finder may offer additional visibility and promotional upgrades in the future. Current customers will be able to review those opportunities when they become available.
No. Featured Full listings receive priority among relevant matching results. A Featured bakery will not appear in a plumbing search simply because it has a higher listing level.
